Jamaican slave  Resistance

Jamaican rebel slaves killed up to 14 whites and slave owners while being armed, but more then 200 rebels were killed, while running away, from their owners. Different ways these slaves resisted were by breaking their master tools and weapons, faking illnesses, creating acts of sabotage,as well as running away to the Maroons where their were people that were free.Jamaicans never gave up on fighting back to be free, they found different ways to escape, even if that meant there might have been a chance of getting caught they always kept their pride and hope aside of them,Being hopeful and remembering where they came from, helped them find a way out,(Jamaican information service)
